Texas GOP Sen. Ted Cruz has tak­en notice of Joe Biden promis­ing to rejoin the Paris Agree­ment and Iran nuclear deal if he becomes president.

And Cruz just informed Pres­i­dent Don­ald Trump how he can block Biden on day 1.

In response, Cruz has sent a let­ter to Trump and Sec­re­tary of State Mike Pom­peo that would head Biden off at the pass, ask­ing Trump to sub­mit the deals as treaties, thus forc­ing any such actions by Biden to be sub­mit­ted to the Sen­ate for approval.
