The Sen­ate is expect­ed to vote Fri­day on the $1.9 tril­lion coro­n­avirus relief bill cham­pi­oned by Pres­i­dent Biden. Dubbed the “Amer­i­can Res­cue Plan,” it would focus on res­cu­ing the wealthy and insur­ance com­pa­nies — cour­tesy of ordi­nary taxpayers.
