• Pow­ell is list­ed as the direc­tor of the Super PAC, with Trump cam­paign attor­ney Jesse Bin­nall named as the treasurer.
• Both Bin­nall and Pow­ell pushed law­suits that sought to over­turn Pres­i­dent Joe Biden’s win over for­mer Pres­i­dent Don­ald Trump, rely­ing on argu­ments of fraud that there was no evi­dence to back up, lead­ing judges to dis­miss the suits.
