The Biden administration’s new Home­land Secu­ri­ty plan would effec­tive­ly abol­ish U.S. Immi­gra­tion and Cus­toms Enforce­ment (ICE) via admin­is­tra­tive, accord­ing to a Wash­ing­ton Times exclu­sive report on Sun­day.
