President tells Indian prime minister about the Bidens of India

President Joe Biden told Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi that he received a letter from a man named “Biden” living in India when first elected to the Senate in 1972.
“I said I’m not sure, but when I was elected as a 29-year-old kid in 1972, before I was sworn in, I got a letter from a person named Biden, last name, from Mumbai,” Biden said. “I was never able to follow up.”
“I have never been able to track it down, so the whole purpose of this meeting is to help me figure it out,” Biden said.
