Michigan Judge Rejects Sidney Powell Election Lawsuit

A law­suit seek­ing to over­turn the results of the pres­i­den­tial elec­tion in Michi­gan was dis­missed in a fed­er­al court on Mon­day, with the judge say­ing that the law­suit con­tained “con­jec­ture and speculation.”

“To be per­fect­ly clear, Plain­tiffs’ equal pro­tec­tion claim is not sup­port­ed by any alle­ga­tion that Defen­dants’ alleged schemes caused votes for Pres­i­dent Trump to be changed to votes for Vice Pres­i­dent Biden,” Dis­trict Court Judge Lin­da V. Park­er, an appointee of for­mer Pres­i­dent Barack Oba­ma, wrote in the ruling.
