Since the House vot­ed last month to strip fire­brand fresh­man Rep. Mar­jorie Tay­lor Greene of her com­mit­tee assign­ments, she has found an anoth­er way to make a state­ment: Make a motion to adjourn on the House floor.
Greene has used the floor tool three times in the last two weeks, unex­pect­ed­ly forc­ing mem­bers to vote, delay­ing House con­sid­er­a­tion of bills and dis­rupt­ing her col­leagues’ days.
