Arizona Becomes First State To Sue Biden Over Vaccine Mandates

Ari­zona sued the Biden admin­is­tra­tion Tues­day chal­leng­ing recent rules forc­ing both pri­vate sec­tor and fed­er­al employ­ees to receive COVID-19 vaccinations.The state argued that the vac­ci­na­tion require­ments are uncon­sti­tu­tion­al because the fed­er­al gov­ern­ment hasn’t announced sim­i­lar require­ments for migrants cross­ing the south­ern bor­der, accord­ing to its com­plaint filed in the U.S. Dis­trict Court of Ari­zona. Repub­li­can Attor­ney Gen­er­al Mark Brnovich said the Biden administration’s poli­cies reflect­ed an “unmis­tak­able” favoritism in favor of ille­gal immi­grants over Amer­i­can citizens.“The fed­er­al gov­ern­ment can­not force peo­ple to get the COVID-1a9 vac­cine.
