American Airlines cuts ALL flights to London from JFK, Chicago and Charlotte

Amer­i­can Air­lines said that it will halt­ing a large num­ber of it flights from major US air­ports to Lon­don in Decem­ber as demand plum­mets due to the coro­n­avirus pandemic.

The air­line said that it will be halt­ing its pas­sen­ger ser­vice flights to Lon­don’s Heathrow Air­port from New York City’s John F. Kennedy Inter­na­tion­al Air­port, Chicago’s O’Hare Inter­na­tion­al Air­port and North Car­oli­na’s Char­lotte Dou­glas Inter­na­tion­al Air­port, through­out the month of December.

Amer­i­can Air­lines said that it will con­tin­ue to oper­ate its car­go flights from JFK and O’Hare air­porters to Heathrow, however.

We’re con­stant­ly eval­u­at­ing our net­work to match sup­ply and demand and have been mak­ing reg­u­lar sched­ule adjust­ments since March.
